• Scheduling and Availability: Services are available by appointment and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Damages: We are not responsible for damages to vehicles arising from pre-existing conditions or client failure to provide accurate vehicle information.
